a).How to place an order
Here are some step-by-step instructions to help you place an order:
1- Register on MayKool for free.
2- Log in your MayKool account.
3- Search or browse products. Type the number in the quantity box of your favorite items and click "Add to cart", one piece at least. The quantities can be adjusted in case you change your mind. Products in your shopping cart are saved while you are looking for other items. Your items are saved if you log out or accidentally close your browser.
4- If you want to know the total price including shipping, on the shopping cart page, you can click "Estimate shipping Costs".
5- "Address book" is on the first checkout page, you can edit your billing address or change shipping address. e.g. to an different dropship address.
6- You can refer to the checkout page for choosing shipping method and payment method you prefer.
After receiving your payment, we will begin to prepare your items at once. Tracking number and tracking links will be sent to your registered email address after your items sent out.
b) How long is the period of goods preparation
Goods preparation comes after our confirmation with your order. Lead time may be 15-18 days starting from the time you offer us correct size info. For example, if you place an order with incorrect info. on the 1st and then provide correct one on the 5th, goods preparation therefore should start from 5th. Meanwhile, lead time also excludes shipping time. It may cost EMS about 4-8 days and Expedited shipping about 3-5 days for your order to get to the destination.
Note: customers must leave correct telephone number and email information, please check confirmation email after you have placed orders with us.
c) In what situations we are not responsible for late delivery
We will not be responsible for late delivery of orders in the following situations:
1) Customers did not state clearly about the order information or requirements such as color, size, and so on.
2) We have contacted our customer about the problems in his order, but we have not got any reply from him yet, and as a result, the shipment exceeds the lead time.
d) How can I check order status
You should sign in first with the correct and the same email address and password as when you make the order. Then click the ”My Account ” button, and you can view your order status or check order status via Check Form
